Kelli has been a Personal Trainer specializing in Spinal Health + Posture, Fitness Instructor, and Mindset Coach for over 14 years. Her main focus is on educating women on the 'how to' vs the 'just do it' mentality. Meaning, she takes the time to walk you through the correct form when lifting, what weights to use, and how to strengthen your postural muscles to help you move through life without pain and discomfort (and stand much taller!). Along with building a strong core foundation, she teaches you how to navigate the mental shifts that come with midlife. Imagine feeling strong and confident in your body while unlocking the tools to shift your mindset and start looking at yourself as a priority!
Leah's has been in the health and wellness world for almost 2 decades. Her passion for supporting women over 40 comes from a deep desire to help women see that they don't need to feel like crap - it's not normal! But also from a slightly selfish place...as she crested 40, she realized that what had worked to keep her healthy and vibrant before wasn't working as well anymore and she wanted to dive deeper into what foods, supplements, lifestyle habits, and biohacks could help her and every other woman THRIVE through menopause and beyond.
Now, she's LOVING being over 40 and feels more vibrant, energetic, and full of life than she's ever felt before. She can't wait to share her secrets with you as we go through this amazing journey together.
